The Fitness Coach Chronicle was founded by Jamie Henderson — PT for 11 years, owner of Platform Health & Fitness in Edinburgh, and the coach behind over 1,000 personal training clients. The FCC exists because of one conviction: becoming a great PT requires more than memorising anatomy textbooks. It requires learning from someone who has actually built this career from the ground up.
Jamie has lived every version of this industry. Employed in a gym. Self-employed building a client base. Working online. A year-long internship in elite sport. Then founding Platform and growing it to £250k in annual revenue within three years. He's hired PTs, mentored them, and watched first-hand what separates the ones who build lasting careers from the ones who stall out six months after qualifying. The FCC was built from that experience.
